Need HELP URGENT

GUYS i made a big blunder.My net was working fine i had the Dataone dial-up and stuff but like a crazy ass i made a blunder.I made a connection saying directly connect to the net i.e., net on always and now i wanna delete it but can't do that.I trued uninstalling my LAN card but that does not work and now whenever i'm on the comp my net is also on pls tell me how to disable or delete this connection and return back to the old dial-up style.Please help me.
