Need help regarding online recharge of BSNL EVDO Plan

Hello ,

Guys I need some information about online recharge of BSNL CDMA EVDO prepaid unlimited internet plan. Whats the proper procedure of recharging it online ? & how can i check whether my plan is general plan or bundled plan ? Please try to answer..
:wait: If u ask me to go on BSNL site, it wont work because the CDMA recharge service on BSNL site is only for south customers & i m not from south

check the your plan in the 'status' option after registering , know the recharge denomination

use freecharge.in for online recharges
 
Thanks guys :clap: but i m still no getting it clearly...as i already mentioned BSNL customer portal only provides recharge for south zone customers & i m not from south :shake: & also if i recharge from Paytm should i recharge before my plan expires or after it expires ?? Please let me know...your kind help will be appreciated..
 
^ why u want to recharge ? make topup and keep sufficient balance in your account

bsnl offers some bonus talktime , pump up ur balance at that time

if u are using Paytm sucessfully then no issues , if not then , try freecharge
 
ok you're right but i tried to use Paytm for recharging once but recharge failed...whats the proper process of recharging it from paytm ?
 


Put the number given to you at bsnl office and NOT the one which is printed on the RUIM card or which is your username.
In Paytm, Enter no., amount, Select special recharge and Proceed to pay. Recharge Successful.

But now i m facing new problem 'username & password combination is not recognized, or selected authentication protocol is not permitted on remote access server' i recharged only 15 days back...still i m getting this error !
 
But I don't know how to check my balance exactly. I tried to check it on http://117.254.199.10/balance.php , but its not clear yet i think its showing the balance Rs -490 ( negative balance ) how come its possible ?? i made a recharge of Rs 825 just 15 days ago

I am from south region which has different site than the one given by you. So don't know about it.
Better wait for any north region person to respond you.
 
Hello i am also trying to do 55 one day ultd STV on BSNL but it always failed in Paytm a msg i rcving is :

Recharge of BSNL Mobile 91XXXXXXXX

Rs 55

BSNL has declined order, please select a valid tariff plan and try again.

On email i get:

Why is this occuring?? Tried 5 times, called 1502 but not get any solution..
