Need help logging into bsnl portal

Hi People

Need help logging into BSNL portal -> https://redirect1.bbportal.bsnl.co.in/portal/
Its asking for username and password. I tried selfcare and FTTH credentials. Its not working.
So what else should i provide to login ?

Does fuptopup.bsnl.co.in work for you? Ultimately it depends on which portal is tied to your user account, only one of those will work you.

Regarding the creds, you have to use the full username and password you use to establish the PPPoE connection.
