Need Help GUyz Very Urgent

Hi, I use UTStarcom Modem....DSL,Ethernet Light and all Comin....But Internet Light Is Not Comin...If we ttype any adress in IE...It Shows Page cannot Be Displayed. I Disconnected My Connnection A month Back...On Friday I told Them For Re-connection....I Put that ASDL Dataone CD....On Registration it asks Subscriber id & Subscriber Circle ID....Where i can find these...Help me guyz...Really urgent. Or Any Other Solutions Say Guyz....Plan: Home Plus 550.Rs.Reply Me
