Need help for using Tp-Link TD W8968 with Jiofi

Is it possible to use TD W8968 ver 3 as a access point or even as a range extender with Jiofi which has only a micro usb port which can be used to connect to a computer to use the internet on that computer. I basically want to increase the range of the Jiofi signal in my hse. I used this model as a modem cum wifi router with MTNL Triband & know it has excellent range for my hse
 
Try what I did with an old D-Link Wifi router..

1. Factory reset TD W8968...
2. Put the ethernet from main router in one of the 4 lan ports.....
3. Set Wifi security SSID, filters etc
4. Try ethernet ports ( 1 of the 3 remaining) and WiFi...

could work....
 
Unfortunately that will not work. as the Jiofi has a USB output (apart from the wifi), I have heard that we get USB to RJ45 adapters but not sure if it will work i this case
