Need Desktop video Capture Software

Hi...I need a desktop video capture software which does not cause any kind of lag when using it also 1 to 3 hr video should be in high quality without any lag in video as well as my pc when using it.....nd should take couple of GBs to get it all done...audio is not required..thx I will owe someone big one who finds the good software fr me which meets the above requirements 😀

I use Jing but the free version is fairly limited.
