Check out HP Victus range? Or Lenovo IdeaPad gaming range. Ryzen anyday preferred but that's just my opinion.

RTX 3060 based laptop will be hard to find with the processor you prefer under 80k. If you push the budget by 20k or more there might be some available.

Go with Acer Nitro 5. 85k for rtx3060 + i5 (10th gen)

In your budget you will either get old processor or cut off in RAM or SSD.

As @sloj said increase it 20-30k you'll get Ryzen 7 + 3060+ 16.1 Inch 165hz QHD screen.

But if you are tight I recommend you to wait till great Indian festival sale because I'm also gonna buy laptop that time. Mine budget is 2 Lakh but till 2 months ago it was just 1 Lakh. So I had my mind for HP victus which I am recommending to you.
