Need assistance with rebooting DLink router DIR 300

Hello.. i just bought D-Link DIR 300 and configured it with my existing DSL 502T ADSL Router. I configured ADSL 502T with bridged mode and DHCP connection. The internet is working fine, and I can access my home PC through my laptop.However as you guys know the MTNL router needs to be rebooted before 12 at night, and after 8 AM, I need to know how to reboot my DIR 300 router using command line, so I can create a script for the same.I earlier used Automize to automate reboot of my ADSL 502T router before 12 AM and after 8 AM.When I try to connect to DIR 300 through telnet, I get connection failed.All suggestions/configurations are welcome...
