I have posted about this ISP while trying to not blame them for everything and trying to be as kind to them as I can possibly be. I will still not name these people.
I was going to disconnect the internet because I was facing a lot of issues as my 4G connection is able to accomplish most of the things I need from an internet connection.
I was told to wait till my package expires and tell them if I still wanted to cancel or not in the meanwhile I had some unexpected guest who will be with me till December and they have kids and teenagers as well. I decided to continue the service till next years since I know from personal experience the new generation needs access to Internet so that lead me to not disconnecting the services.

That is some of the back story now coming to the main issue I get reimbursed by my office for Internet provided the minimum speed is 20 Mbps. I have to show/send receipts of the previous month(or 6 months) to the pay roll team for the reimbursement. A few months back before the ISP started messing with throttling certain traffic i.e. all traffic that isn't on peering everything was smooth, I got my receipts and hence the reimbursements.
Now the ISP has stopped giving me receipts and says he will send them later but this is the third month I haven't received my receipts while he is still charging me the tax amount.
I wanted some advice on how should I go about this, I am not a person that argues and I tend to talk calmly but in India it seems unless you SHOUT no one actually listens unless you step on their throat by grabbing the weak point like in this case cancelling the service.

well you already know what to do, if you are unsatisfied cancel your service. This will be the best option, 3 months charge is not worth wasting your time and you have used their service so its not a complete rip off.

pay by cheque on next renewal.... still they will keep on saying ..... we will give receipt soon...... Now after 15 days of payment by cheque, threaten them that if all receipts not issued, then you will lodge complaint with pg portal and with gst complaint cell.....
