Need a software which can monitor changes in a webpage

I need to take an exam date, however my preferred date(s) is not available. I have to schedule the exam online. I keep refreshing the page which shows date availability . I can do refreshing automatically with opera, but is there any software that can intimate me with a sound when that given page changes.

Well that doesnt work, its a secure site. I found a very neat firefox extension, thought it wud work, but unfortunately it does not detect a text which becomes underlined as a change.No luck so far

It's pretty advanced and can monitor secure pages. It's not free but the 30 day trial is fully functional.

Don't trust online notification services coz those can be really unreliable.
