Need a new connection with tata photon plus

Hy guys,i am looking for a new tata photon plus connection (prepaid). I will be using it as a backup for my current internet (youtelecom). I have seen many ads in the paper selling tata photon plus for less than 1200rs + they give you some gifts as well. Are these ads true? or i should stick with tata and buy directly from them for 1200rs. I will be calling them to by home in any case for a demo to see if i get good service in my area or not.Please advice.thanks
