Need a good phone under 15K

Only thing that came to my mind is Redmi Note 3. I like Xiaomi for their excellent camera and that will be my first priority. Is there any budget dual camera phones available right now ? I heard about LG X Cam when it was launched. Not many people are talking about it.


Suggestions are welcome.
 
Moto G4 Plus. I think it has a much better camera than Redmi Note 3.
 
Is it worth waiting for Barcelona event in Feb ( MWC ? ) ? I think single camera phones are going to be outdated soon.
 

How is LeEco Le 2 ? I want to know about camera as well. I am not going to put my trust on Lenovo. They seems to clinge on what old Moto E/G phones built.
 
from what I've seen, photos taken with some Moto models suck, wrong color, without flash, pics look horrible
How 'bout Redmi Note 4? It's great imo.
