NAT Type strict in BSNL

Hello, long story short I've been getting nat type strict in various games like gta online, xbox live games and many other games. Basically this. Any help on how I can manually port forward would be appreciated. Thanks!

Update your ONT firmware. Then go to the NAT Configuration and set NAT type to 1

I did search for a firmware update on their site, however came empty handed. Sent them an email about it. I don't have high hopes that they will respond judging by their half broken half finished website. My ONT is from DBC Tech if that helps.

Here is the firmware update for DBC Tech DBC firmware update @idkUhhh

Login to your ONT -> Network -> internet -> NAT Type Configuration -> Nat Type : NAT1 and apply.
