NASA tv on Dish tv

is there a way to watch Nasa Tv a free to air channel using a dish box. the representative at dish tv customer services are all idiots. they dont even know how to handle a cutomer. has anybody tried? i do have a smart tv where in i can access nasa tv online but then it all depends on my internet bandwidth.

its even difficult to watch channels you pay for on the Damn Dish TV, yhey remove the channel then ask money for it, even when their own website clearly states its included in pack, and phone support says website is not update and blah blah blah.

watching Nasa TV is impossible technically as of today on it.
