I changed the connection from OpenVPN to IKEv2 on IPVanish and speeds have improved, still not ideal though

Huh strange, they must've changed it after I stopped using their service. Back then, when I enabled port forwarding it connected me to Germany or Switzerland.

I decided to get Namecheap 1 year for 10 Dollars was charged Rs. 777 on my card. Having New Delhi servers is pretty cool as pings are barely higher than without VPN and it fixes speed issues on most sites.

Overall, I dropped idea of using VPN as speeds are way lower our actual ISP speeds.
The scene was different 2 to 3 years ago when the ISP speed and vpn speed were similar. Now ISP offer higher speeds and VPN are failing to provide the speed. We can easily see difference.

@popcorn nope I don't think it's entirely true of VPN failing to give actual speeds. Because I have used both nord and ipvanish vpn and in both cases I am able to max out my 100 mbps even connecting to a Switzerland server.. For torrenting I easily get 80 mbps speeds

Maybe the reason for u getting slower speeds is that the your isps maybe throttling your vpn traffic

So... I tried Load Balancing two NameCheap VPN connections one for each WAN and the results are pretty epic. Ofc on a single connection websites both WANs won't be saturated but still interesting to see.

Also, CloudFlare is going through Mumbai now on TATA

Code:
Host Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev

I also tried out Namecheap. Sadly I need wireguard (as my tiny archer a7 won't be happy with OpenVPN).
Also, I can't max out my speed with the Namecheap Delhi server at least (with a single connection).

EDIT: I guess I will stick with NordVPN for now. Still going strong even with the UK server (A single connection gives me anywhere from 80+ mbps).
