My Plan Got Changed On its own

I live in delhi
My plan was 590NU but now it got changed to TriB_Unlimited_256Kbps.
ON ITS OWN😕
I used 40MB this month and as per my plan I should have about 960MB left but instead I have 20 MB left For this whole month.
I got this information from register.bol.net.in

i think they are providing 256kbps ul to all its 590 nu users for the same price.but its really weird.

call up cc or go to exchange and talk to the officials.This is a major fault which my friend is also suffering or u can wait for 2-3 days and your account information might return to normal.this is all u can do.

right. i reduced the time difference required from 24 hours to 1 hour on mr house's request. his posts were being automerged and he was posting after a pretty big gap.
