My password is not working in dataone site

I am a portal user with a Home 500 plan.I used to check my usage via dataone site quite often.I put my portal id and then my password (which was 'password' itself) and voila-my usage will come.But i had to change my password i did.But from then on,it says invalid username or password.I am damn 100% sure that i made no spelling mistake neither when i changed it nor when i try to sign in these days.:madness:Is there any way I can get it to work correctly again?:huh:

typically you call customer care ( try 1500 or 16004241800 ) and tell them about this and i guess they should be able to reset it.. or help you!!

are you sure you are using the new pass to login ? Was the old password saved by firefox or similar add-ons ?

this is the classic case of BSNL changed the port in exchange.call toll free and ask them to free port binding.
