Hi, Your question needs improvement.. flash failed? what did you do with the flashin the modem?
The firmware if applicable is available in bsnl website.
It has listed certain patches for the firmware and not the firmware as such.
It is better that you replace the modem to your choice.
Only firmware patch , if applicable would be downloaded from bsnl website.
The software or basic firmware is inbuilt and it will not allow any flash

this modem is discontinued. earlier SemIndia Systems website had its firm ware, but unfortunately that website is no longer available as they closed that company during 2013 i think.
you may check the exchange but not sure about the result. this was a nice modem as it had a broadcom chip and was able to tolerate low SNR margins.
