Actually I changed my SP from Aircel to Airtel.
I given request on 17th December, 2014.
I got the sms from Aircel that " Dear Customer, your service request number 1-17749485198
has been registered with us and will be processed by 26/12/2014.
Today 29-12-2014 I removed Aircel sim card from mobile and replaced Airtel new sim card.
Called 59059, one person asked my home address and told me that wait for half an hour
your sim card will activated. Now almost 2 hours completed, still my sim card is not activated.
Please consider this matter and activate my new sim. Thank u
