Mumbai Suburban Railway Updates

LOL. This was clearly not risky. Tracks were slipping and that was a temporary fix.

They made sure train passes very slowly - so that even if train falls off track it would cause NO accident.

If they dont let trains pass over - all trains would need to stop which would cause more havoc in Mumbai.

Train derailment even if very slow means bogies tilting and people falling off it. I would prefer being stranded than falling off a train.

Bogies dont tilt at such a slow speed. Bogies are well designed. Infact some bogies are designed to tilt at high speed.

Also at such a slow speed weight of bogies infront and behind will not allow middle boggy (which is passing over broken track) to go off the track it will hold it stay straight.

They increased AC Trains on the Western Line and no one gets in them, since these trains eat up the time where NON-AC trains can be used, rush has increased significantly.
WR still runs on a 4-8 mins train interval schedule, I'd really wish they reduce that and increase car size to 15.

Aren't there already some rakes which have 15 coaches? It's no brainer that with the increasing influx of people, they will have to 18 coach rakes sooner or later.
