Multiplayer gaming PING problem

Hiii..all I have h1000,which have 1.6 mbps download speed I play FIRST TO FIGHT game (ver very very good game , It is batter than Counter strike...Try to get it..and play multiplayer) I always get 500 + ping...my lowest ping was 490 Is any way to get low ping

do you ping a hostname or an ip?? try pinging ip directly..
