Multiplay service and dataone?

hi,I am based in Goa and just got connect to broadband, but I am told it's multiplay service and my email it is @bsnl.in.I would like to know what is the difference between @dataone.in and the above. Are both the services dataone or any different. I tred to get info on the bsnl site but not successful so far.
