So, finally after months of procrastination, bought a VPN today. Mullvad it is. They have a free 3 hour trial(which you can keep extending by changing your own IP). 5EUR for a month. Exit points in Germany, Sweden, Netherlands and the States. Not many, I know, but my 2mbit lines maxes out on each, so speed isn't an issue. Watched a bit of hulu at high quality, and a few torrents on both private and public trackers, all good so far. Currently connected via OoenVPN.

IIRC , this is one of few VPN which allows account sharing. In this case ,its upto 3 users. which is a nice thing imo

On April 18 at least six police officers from the National Operations Department (NOA) of the Swedish Police visited the Mullvad VPN office in Gothenburg with a search warrant.

Since the events of the search warrant by the Swedish police at Mullvad’s office in Gothenburg, we have tried to get hold of documents and protocols tied to the operation.
