Gurgaon, Dec 31 (PTI) MTS, the mobile telephony services brand of Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd (SSTL), today launched services in its 10th telecom circle in the country in Haryana. MTS is offering both its high-speed mobile Internet service ''MBlaze'' and voice services with an introductory offer of one paisa per two seconds for local mobile phone calls in Haryana.
MBlaze offers downloading of 15 GB data worth Rs 1,500 free for the first month as part of the inaugural offer and there will be no roaming surcharges while using the MTS network, the company said in a statement. The new tariff is an improvement on the already available "per second billing" offer introduced by MTS in other circles, which has become an industry norm.
