wow... that sure looks good. is it only for delhi or for mumbai also ?as for the static ip, make your you dont get banned from somewhere.. hehe!

Yeah Airtel gives 256(day)/512(night) u/l for 999 bucks. Though it's cheaper than Tata's corresponding plan, still a lil costly compared to Airtel. But it's a start though, MTNL finally offering unlimited plans i mean.
 
Yes it does appear to be an April Fool thing. There are two of them notifications.# Promotional Broadband TriB unlimited plan :-1. Monthly rental Rs 1399/-2.Download speed 256kbps3.Free data download and upload unlimited4.This Plan will be provided with only one static IP address and will be provided free of cost.This Plan offer is valid upto 30.04.2006# Post paid Internet Express Service (CLI based ), access code - 172231 has been made free for 3 months w.e.f.1.4.2006 as a festival bonanza. No internet access charge will be levied, however, the charging of calls will continue as it is. - not very prominently displayed- not present on MTNL Delhi Tariff plans- preceeded by a red color bullet mark unlike others- CLI based access says Festival bonanza (what festival?)- they are not hyperlinked.I wonder how a sarkari company thought it could play Fool's Day pranks. As it is, I doubt if it has ANY fan following at all. They think can act like Google and people will laugh??? And what if somebody takes the second one seriously?
 
Festival Bonanza???I never knew 1st April is a Festival :lol:MTNL cannot play April fool with people bec someone may take a screenshot and drag them to court by filing a PIL.
 
^^ now that one im not gonna trust at all. i havent even taken a look at it because its a .jpg file (picture file). im sure it must have been edited. -_-
 
the new plan 1399 .. is expensive for now I will remain on 590nu 😛 &Guyz I did see that Landline Plan Business599 in newspaperIt was in March 2 I think ...How can they give 2500 to mtnl + 500 to other calls free :blink:
