lol ....we have everything in place.. how much to download, (that too the max we can do in 31 days) , what to download, where to download from , what to use to download... all this on a 256 kbps unlimited connection.. but alas!! we dont have an isp providing us with an unlimited connection!! btw... i think some should use the right to information act.. to find out how much bandwidth does mtnl actually have! ... or how much is idle or unused and what exactly is the procedure by which mtnl charges us for usnig triband and also the implication of providing an unlimited connection(min 512kbps)what say ..

chicmagnet, if you know someone with lotsa time on hand then please do make good use of Right to Information act. I too had suggested the samething... or atleast get some journalist behind them. Currently, i am very busy and gonna be until mid december. Till then I wont be able to do anything...
