A few months ago MTNL had reduced my sync rate from 1Mbps to 256Kbps. I had a hard time convincing people at my exchange that someone had messed with the sync rate and they kept saying that was all I was going to get. I saw a prabhadevi telephone number here which connected me to the NOC and I told them my problem and they sorted it out instantly. I cant seem to find that number again. Would someone be nice enough to post that number again.ThanksChew
