MTNL Online Broadband Complaint Registration is not working

Has anybody faced this - MTNL Online Broadband Complaint registration is not working.Whenever I try to register a broadband complaint, it says No Level Code Present.:madness: What is wrong? So I am unable to register complaint for frequent disconnections online (which is easier on our part). To do so on telephone at 1504 you have to wait on a queue for so long.:wall:
 
dial 198 and select triband complaint option.
 
@amish thanks. I did this but it would not take further complaints as I had earlier registered complaint for telephone line noise.Anyway the online compaint registeration is working now and I have registered online. But any idea why it was displaying the No Level Code Present message?😕
