I am having MT 882 modem using a pppoe mode of connection .Since my net is not working i cant post any pics right now .I am possting from my office .I wanted to be make sure that problem is not from my end .did any user get this error Couldn't get channel number: Transport endpoint is not connected in the modem logs

The problem was at there end .Its resolved now. Thanks for all for replying but there call center is really pathetic. i don't know if my father wasn't in MTNL it would not have been resolved by now.
