Do you mean you are trying to access your MTNL mail account from the MTNL website ?

Are you able to log in successfully into your account ? What is the exact error message ?

MTNL email account creation can take 2-3 days.

Some sites don't accept webmail addresses for identification. They ask for a POP3/IMAP account address, before you can access their services.

This is just one of the reasons :)

This may be an obscure example, but here is one site that does not accept popular webmail addresses such as Yahoo, Hotmail etc. for registration :

1504 cannot solve most of the problems as they have 10 std - 12std pass /fail agents who do not know much about internet except the standard documnet they refer to when the service clients.
