Mtnl Login Takes Time But Then Connection Stable

I am facing this strange problem from about 5-7 days.Sometimes MTNL DSL connects immediately in 2 seconds, sometimes it takes 30 secondsand sometimes even 5mins.But once its connected its stable till I disconnect myself.If I disconnect and try to connect it again takes random amount of time to connect.But once connected then no problem.Earlier this didnt happen, it would connect immediately within 5 seconds.Anyone else with the same problem? OR any solution?I have complained MTNL but god knows if and when it will get solved.
