For the past 3 days or so i've facing disconnection in almost 15 minutes or so.
Here are my SNR margin etc. for down and up
Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin: 46.0 13.3 db
Line Attenuation: 14.0 10.3 db
Data Rate: 256 253 kbps
What should i do?
EDIT: wrote an email to gmbb@bol.net.in (GM, Broadband), the gm checked the session details and saw that there were frequent disconnection during last two days. got a reply from him within 3 hours that my line will inspected for "loose termination/joint in line, subs fittings etc." Got a call this morning that my lines been fixed. Haven't had any problems today. 🙂
