From mtnl Delhi's website : mtnldelhi.in/3g_news_111011.htm Has the plan been withdrawn for Mumbai circle too ?EDIT - mtnl Mumbai website still shows the 4500 plan and has no mention of it being withdrawn unlike the news post on the Delhi website

you are right dude... just check the mtnldelhi web site... your bhavishyawani has been come true... now the 4500 unlimited plan has withdrawn by the mtnl delhi. efective 11-oct-2011. and also they modified their other plan tooo.

You can still use the 1650 plan (albeit with an fup of 200gb) in the event that they are to withdraw the 4500 one.
