MTNL Broadband: Port forwarding on MTNL MT882

Hey guys,earlier someone from this forum helped set me port forward on MT882, it worked for more than a month,Now again the ports are blocked,don't know what went wrong, 'coz i didn't changed any settings !Can anybody solve this problem.kindly contact by PM !

I didnt have to port forward on my MT882 , just enable UPnP in the router and in the software

I enabled upnp in router & utorrent,but still not getting FUll download speed !Earlier, the guy, who helped me in the port forward setup, asked me to disable upnp in utorrent,and we setup, static ip on my PC & router,and forwarded ports on router, and used those ports in utorrent !used to get 200KB/sec,but now after the ports forwarding didn't work,and then enabling upnp, getting 20 KB/s.
