There have been a few query threads regarding PORT FORWARDING in MT882 MTNL triband router, all unanswered like -

The guides online are old and offer not much help.I am also a newbie, just trying to give a small guide here -
Step 1: Go to 192.168.1.1/ ; login (default username:admin, pass:admin)
Step 2: Under 'ADVANCED' (tab on top row), click 'Port Forwarding'

Step 3:Choose your WAN connection - (usually 'triband') and your LAN IP, to find out your LAN IP - go to RUN->cmd,
at command prompt type - "ipconfig /all"
you will see your LAN IP - usually 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.3
Step 4:In category pane, choose 'User' (refer above image), click new to create your own rule (port u want to forward and its details).

Step 5:After finding out the port u want to forward, enter the details under rules, click APPLY, to come back, click CANCEL

Step 6:Save settings, reboot router and you are DONE!!
REQUEST : Kindly post a guide regarding how to configure MT882 in bridge mode, also how to schedule the reboot of router MT882 (telnet script details given for 502T router dont seem to work)
