MTNL Broadband: New Connection user Experiences

My friend's getting about 4 Mbps on his 340 Kbps plan for about 2 Months! It's ridiculous, he's paying Rs. 495/- per month and gets 300+ kBps 😡 download speeds and I pay 650 per month and get 60 kBps! :impissed:

lol soon his plan will be back to normali also got 2 mbps for 1 months when i applied for 256 kbps plan

what is the upload speed on their new triband 999 plan? It offers 1 MBps download speeds with unlimited data and NO Fair Usage policy, right? Is the upload speed very bad?

Also, is their wireless modem/router any good?

All plans have 256k upload, but they are offering additional upload speeds at some addition cost. See their tariff page for details.

That seems to suggest 512 K upload speeds. I was hoping for a little better upload speeds.

Can you give a link for the additional upload speeds plan you were talking about?? 🙂

mine is 1 mbps upload also512 unlimited combo which is now 1 mbps after double
