MTNL Broadband: MTNL Delhi Plan changed but speed still old

I have opted for last month 256 unlimited combo which was changed to night unlimited... I know in night unlimited speed is 2 mbps... but my router still showing DOwnstream as 256 kbps... Any suggestions??
 
You have to - 1) Call and bug the customer care until they grow tired of you and get it changed immediately. 2) Send an email to GM broadband (do a search on the forum to get email id)3) Go to your exchange and refuse to leave until they get your speed issue solved.
 
also do check on the website if your plan has been actually changed.
 
Hi,Just got the plan changed from 599 UL to 649 Combo,but the speed hasn't increased to 2mbps,already complaint at 1504, sent an email to GM broadband, GM District. but still 256kbps, what to do ?

id say give their manager a phone call,that should work,call customer services and ask for your area manager's tel number🙂
 
also mail to bbspeed@bol.net.in
 

hang in there rajeev, the same thing happened to me before, it took them about a week to fix it.
 
usually mailing bbspeed@bol.net.in gives a faster response.Mine got fixed in a span of 2 days.:thumb:
