^ it’s for all open plans. Don’t even know what are open plans. Somewhere we all know it would be some stupid promotion for some obscure plan.

All their OPEN plan names start with "BB_".
One can change their old plan to the latest one to get the benefit of double FUP.

Open plans means plans they offer currently.

Closed plans means plans they dont offer anymore but old users are still on that plan.

As per SMS that I got - closed plans will get 20GB extra.

And this is also for 2months currently not forever.

However in past, I have seen MTNL merge the new promotions and makes it permanent.
