I haven't read the full thread but I understand the problem as I am facing the same problems. Disconnects every 10 minutes or so and reconnects on it's own and the while time the ADSL lamp is on. I contacted the area manager, he said they have acknowledged the problem and solve it in two days. However I am pretty sure that this happening due to MTNLs gateways I have confirmed this by running diagnostics when it disconnects.
