MTNL Broadband: Has all 256 kbps Unltd Plans Upgraded in Delhi ?

Hello Just wanted to know has all plans of 256 kbps (Unlimited) are upgraded to 512 kbps ?Actually ,mine plan has not been upgraded yet . I still get 256 kbps , not 512 kbps . Is anyone other who is having same problem ? I kept calling them , they told you will be upgraded by this month's end .Has anyone have this problem ? Please share your views .Thanks

Not everyone has been upgraded yet including me, on calling 1504 they say that it is being done in a phased manner. We will get the speed upgradation soon!

i think they are first upgrading 512 to 1mbps.I haven't come across any post of 256to 512.I am from Krishna Nagar. Still waiting.

I have been upgraded. I am on level 2619.
