MTNL Mumbai MTNL Blocking online radio

Since last 2 days I am unable to listen to any music on tunein.com or radiotunes.com. It appears sites are blocked by mtnl. Is anybody else facing same problem? Btw, I am from thane, mumbai.
 
I tried random channels

I was able to hear - sub pop radio on tunein

I was able to hear - top hits on radiotunes
 
^^ All these sites working/stopped working issue is related to MTNL New Alcatel server.

Op can you tell us what is your IP range?

If it is 182.56.xxx.xxx then no one can help you.
