Mtnl 450 Unlimited plan with slow speed

i hardly downloaded 4-5 gb ... am on 450 Unlimited plan ... this month (feb) , 4gb downloaded ... & now my net speed is very very slow 4-6kBps ... calledup 1504, they say if u exceed some limit speeds r gonna be reduced ... bt how r v suppossed to know how much limit per month ??? they should specify on their site ... Unlimited is limited nnow ... any1 facing same problem ??? How much do u download per month ???

on the same plan i downloaded 40GB+ till now and no speed reductions and if you r on 450 unltd(non combo) then u r suppose to get the actual promised speed not the reduced one so email them, keep on trying 1504 and if still same issue then personally visit their office.
