MTNL 4 mbps DELHI PLAN - 3499.... Is It worth a try ??

I am a heavy media downloader.... movies, songs, adult stuff... everything....I have tried the mtnl 1899 plan and now am currently using the freedom 800 plan..was thinking of shifting to the MTNL 3499 4 mbps unlimited plan for a month and download loads of stuff....Has ANYONE USED THAT PLAN..what is average daily speed i will get with using that plan ... please tell it if anyone has used that plan and has experience of it...
 
If you used to get 2mbps with 1899, you most probably will get 4 mbps for 3499

i mean in kbps .... like 540 or 600...?? as in actual speed per second...

4mbps =4096 kbps = 512kBps = 0.5mBps
