Guys,
I am using the unlimited MTNL 3G worth 4500INR for 180 days in a town in Gujarat. There is healthy 3G connectivity here but even though I get good speeds exceeding 3 mbps , sometimes the speed just flows back and refuses to cross even 1mbps or 512kbps.
Now I use this plan in roaming on BSNL network with APN gprsppsmum which is the APN for mtnl 3G. In my neighboring flat, two PG's live with both having this same plan for themselves. Is this the reason that I get slow speeds? Is my speed being eaten up coz of their downloading activity? If no, is there any way I can solve this problem?

and the most amazing thing is that the other guy getting 2-3mbps speed on a torrent which is giving me meagre 256kbps and lower speed
