Small correction. Its 2G services which have been affected. to compensate this MTNL is providing 3G services to all 2G subscribers also.

@ Admin: Pls change the Title.
 
I was under the impression that 3G is activated by default on all mtnl connections.
 
looks like in Delhi also something happened getting DC every min and causing a really bad hang with it !
