Mp3 time issue in Android

Ok on my phone note 2, i downloaded some long Mp3 via converting them online from YouTube, all of them when playing on default player and Google player don't go to intended time when clicked via bar, it shows time as eg 37th minute but its still near start about 5 minutes or so, and after total time of the Mp3 keeps playing too

I need to control it so I could listen long Mp3 at my own will.

What's wrong in player or Mp3?
