Mozilla ended support for Firefox Private Network on June 20th, 2023.

So as of now its only available for US users. But anyone can install the extension by connecting to a US-based VPN till it is installed.
The amazing this is that it will give you a US-based IP (usually IPv6 based) and there virtually no speed loss although ping delay is there.
No speed loss from what I understood is because the VPN is powered by Cloudflare and use their dark fiber so you are just downloading/uploading to their closest CDN which then transfers everything over the dark fiber to a US based VPN location.

Below is the speedtest (tested on 40mbps connection). Speed eventually saturates to 36-40 Mbps. Pretty great for youtube videos/netflix.
