moved from airtel to bsnl

Don't worry, BSNL will never cap your speed. For this they need to do extra work and their software seem crappy. I am also on ULD 750 and I get 512 Kbps without fail. BSNL does not cap speed but it happens due to line conditions.

as you can see in my last posts... i have attached line stats and the values show that the line is good... after FUP the speed went bad... within 6gb data the download speed was 140- 200kBps
 
That must be some fault in the system. What I meant is they will not cap intentionally.
