Modem Keeps Going Out of Sync

My modem dna a211-i looses connection and the adsl led starts blinking and starts connecting back to gateway every 5-10 min or so. Check out stats page.
http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/5950/statv.png I don't believe the problems are with my SNR rates. I have tried resetting the modem but it doesn't work. Earlier it used to happen during late mornings at around 11.00am but now become frequent. Anyone has a solution?
 
Uncheck adsl2+use GDMT. if tr_069 client is enabled disable it.

Check out how often my modem connects and disconnects on it's own. If fails to stay in sync with the exchange.

so should i uncheck the adsl2+ thats shown in the image and were do i find GDMT?
3.Also try 192.168.1.1/look.html[/img] nothings coming. i haven't installed any modem cds.
