mobile needed upto 15k

my wife needs a new mobile but i am also thinking of an used iPhone 4 which may come around 15-17 k ,
most needed features are , most popular apps should be free like whatsapp and facebook etc , don't about iphone app store much
also good camera and good looks are needed too , and should look like a cool one

cheapest used iPhone 5 is for 30k on ebay 😛 one can get HTC one mini in that price 😛

Right. But thats how much I consider the worth is. 30k for used iPhone 5 is paying a high premium. iphone 4 for 17k is also a premium. 10-12 is worth considering if you like ios a lot. Me? 4/4S are ruled out for anything over 10k.

In India. iPhone is still considered as a mobile for pride for the majority. Though what ever you boast about the hardware & app mkt. It's still insanely priced. Sony andriod is equally good and also in budget ...
